VIDEO: Rush-hour weather warning for Cornwall

Drivers are being warned to take extra care as torrential rain sparks a rush-hour weather warning for Cornwall.
The Met Office yellow alert will remain in force until 9am on Friday, due to flash downpours.
Pirate FM listeners say there is surface water flooding on a back road near Camborne and at Sladesbridge.
Inrix Traffic and Travel is also reporting stop/start traffic on the A390 at Truro and a fallen tree blocking Alverton road in Penzance.

What can we expect?
- Flooding of a few homes and business is likely
- Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer
- Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer

"Spells of rain, heavy at times and accompanied by windy weather, are likely to produce 20-40 mm of rain over a period of several hours.
"Coming on top of some recent very wet weather, this rain is likely to lead to some temporary flooding impacts before the rain quickly clears early Friday morning".
