Cornwall is unique in many ways and when it comes to seeing Santa at Christmas, it is no exception!

Father Christmas is pretty active in the Duchy at this time of year with his usual research for the naughty and nice list.

However, it seems he is a fan of keeping fit too!

So, Pirate FM has rounded up a few photos and videos of the slightly more unusual Santa sightings!

Obviously he makes sure he gets in a surf in Newquay with his buddies...

He has also been papped rowing with Polperro Rowing Club...

Santa is more of a fan of water than you might think. Every year he swaps his sleigh for a lifeboat in Looe...

He has also been been spotted getting ready for a bike ride...

And he just loves a good coastal jog...

Cornwall Hospice Care organise annual Santa fundraisers across the Duchy from runs, to cycles to surfs.

But he learnt his lesson after this fail overseas...

Because when he comes to St Ives he remembers his life jacket...

Safety remains important to him now because he never forgets his bike helmet...

Looks like Mr Claus has a jolly old time here in Cornwall.

How he manages to cram it all in right before Christmas is beyond us but proper job Santa!
