Young man is seriously injured after lorry incident

A young man has been left with serious injuries after an incident involving a lorry in north Cornwall.

Police think the 29-year-old fell or jumped from flatbed truck, registered to France.

It happened on the back roads between Tintagel and Camelford in the early hours of Sunday.

Devon and Cornwall Police are urging anyone who saw something after midnight to come forward.

"The incident took place on the roads between Tintagel and Camelford on Sunday 2nd December between midnight and 3am.

"A man may have fallen or jumped from a French registered flatbed truck which had a white cab.

"A 29-year-old man remains in hospital suffering from serious injuries.

"If anyone was in the area at the time and has any information contact 101@dc.police.uk or phone 101, quoting log number 222 of 3rd December".
