kindness

Published by Emma Carton at 8:52am 24th December 2018.

Cornwall's firefighters have returned from dealing with a crash to find a 'Christmas miracle' on their doorstep.

Crews from Bude were scrambled to a two-vehicle collision on the A39 over the weekend.

When they arrived back at the station, they found an Argos gift card with a very heartwarming note.

All crews were asked to do was to post a message on Bude Facebook page, saying where they discovered the 'act of kindness'.

"As you all already fulfill your acts of kindness on a daily basis, this gift is just for you.

"I hope you can use it to purchase something that will of use to you all.

"Thank you for keeping us all safe, not just at Christmas but all year around.

"Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all and your families".

Act of Kindness Note

"Whilst responding to a road traffic collision, we found a "random act of kindness" which had been kindly posted through our letterbox.

"To whoever you are - thank you. It means a huge amount to all the crew at 7.3 Bude Fire Station".
