UPDATE: Fears for safety of missing man in Cornwall

Police say a missing man from west Cornwall has been found safe.

Fears were growing for the safety of Adam Dickinson-Knight from Penzance.

The 38-year-old was last seen walking in the Sancreed area on Sunday evening.

But officers have now confirmed that he has been found safe in the Redruth area.

"A 38-year-old man who was reported missing from Penzance has been located safe.

"Police were concerned for the welfare of Adam Dickinson-Knight who was last seen in the Sancreed area yesterday afternoon [20th January].

"He was located in Redruth this morning.

"Police would like to thank the public for their assistance with this matter."
