Another car has ended up stuck on a beach in Cornwall, this time in St Ives.

Locals say they think the owner drove onto the sand at Porthmeor to have a look around.

Photographer Chris Oates shared the photo on Tuesday, adding they managed to dig it out by hand.

Of course, this is not the first time a car has got stuck on the sand in the town...

This was the scene back in January 2017, when a vehicle got into difficulty on the harbour beach.

Terry Nightingale posted this photo on Pirate FM's Facebook page, adding "oh dear".

In this case a 4x4 had to tow the car to safety, watched by an audience on the wall!

Not forgetting the car moved just in time thanks to this video post on Facebook!
