Four-mile traffic queues after A38 crash

A driver has been taken to hospital after a rush-hour crash on the A38 in Cornwall.

Police have confirmed two vans collided at Stoketon Cross but their are no reports of any serious injuries.

The collision happened in the middle of Wednesday's drive-to-work, partially blocking Liskeard Road.

Inrix Traffic and Travel was reporting four-mile traffic queues heading towards Plymouth.

"Traffic returned to normal. Accident cleared on the A38 Liskeard Road, eastbound, at Stoketon Cross.

"The accident is confirmed at Stoketon Cross and was greatly affecting traffic heading towards Plymouth".
