Abnormal load travelling through Cornwall

Drivers are being warned about an abnormal load travelling through Cornwall.

The vehicle was due to leave the M5 for the Duchy at around 9am on Friday.

Escorts say its journey onwards from Carland Cross on the A30 will be very slow.

It has been reduced to a 40mph limit.

It will travel via the A30, A39, A390 through Truro and then the A39 to Falmouth.

"Shortly leaving from the end of the M5. Heading to #Falmouth.

"Load will be very slow moving from Carland Cross onwards. Going via A30 - A39 - A390 - A39".
