Cyclist injured in rush-hour crash in Falmouth

Police have confirmed a cyclist has been injured after a rush-hour crash in Falmouth.

Paramedics have been scrambled after a bike and a car collided on Melvill Road.

Officers say a woman was riding the bike and has been taken to Treliske to be checked over.

Police have confirmed the collision happened on the corner of Emslie Road, just after 8.30am.

The road between Avenue Road and Lansdowne Road was partially blocked but has since cleared.
