A jellyfish the size of a HUMAN BEING has been spotted in Cornish waters.

Yes, you did read that right!

A group of divers filmed the giant creature off the coast of Falmouth over the weekend.

The photos have to be seen to be believed!

Dan Abbott, AKA @Shark_ManDan, filmed fellow diver and BBC Earth host Lizzie Daly up close with the creature.

She posted the image on social media with a shocked emoji.

At one point on Sunday, the posts were trending on Twitter ahead of the cricket World Cup!

"Woah! We went diving in Falmouth yesterday to finish off #WildOceanWeek and came across this giant barrel jellyfish!

"What a way to finish off this marine wildlife adventure".

Lizzie Daly

Dan described it as a "stunning" sight, as well as "all kinds of crazy".
