Man found dead hours after crash on A30

A young driver has been found dead, hours after a crash on the A30 in north Cornwall.
Police found the 25-year-old man north of Bodmin Moor on Sunday afternoon.
Officers believe his was the only vehicle involved and that the collision happened some time on Saturday night.
The casualty was pronounced dead at the scene between Plusha Services and Two Bridges and his family has been told.
The eastbound carriageway was closed for four hours on Sunday evening, as investigators worked at the scene.

"At approximately 4pm on Sunday 21st July, 2019, emergency services were notified of a one-vehicle road traffic collision involving a black Mitsubishi on the A30 between Plusha Services and Two Bridges.
"It is believed the collision happened sometime during the previous evening of Saturday 20th July.
"The driver, a 25-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
"No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the collision and next of kin have been informed.
"The A30 eastbound carriageway remained closed for approximately four hours while a forensic examination of the collision scene was conducted.

"The road remained partially closed at 11pm to allow Highways England to assess and repair barriers.
"Officers from the Roads Policing Team are appealing for witnesses who may have seen this vehicle during the evening of Saturday 20 July to come forward, quoting log number 672 of 21/07/19".
