Inrix Traffic and Travel says the road is shut in both directions between Treverbyn Road and Carclaze Road.

"A391 in both directions closed, slow traffic due to accident investigation work from Treverbyn Road (Carclaze Roundabout) to Carclaze Road.

"The accident happened around 06:45, however the road still remains closed to allow investigations to take place.

"There is some slow traffic through Scredda and Carclaze as a result of people bypassing the closure".
