Man wanted after ‘alleged assault’ in Camborne

Police say a man, wanted in connection with an alleged assault on a woman in Camborne, has been found.

Officers issued an appeal to trace Josh Trescothick after the reported incident in the town on August 16th.

At one point, anyone who saw the 24-year-old from Troon was being urged to call 999 straight away.

However, Devon and Cornwall Police have since confirmed that he has been located.

"24-year-old josh Trescothick, who was wanted in connection to an assault, has been located.

"Thank you for your assistance in this matter".
