Man in 20s 'beaten' during alleged attack in Falmouth

It is claimed that a man has been beaten during an alleged attack in Falmouth.

Police are investigating reports of an assault - in and outside a nightclub.

They say a casualty in his 20s suffered minor facial injuries and bruising.

Anyone who saw the incident in the early hours of Sunday is being urged to come forward.

"Police are investigating an assault that is alleged to have taken place in and outside of Club International in Falmouth in the early hours of Sunday 8th September.

"A man in his 20s sustained minor facial injuries and bruising. 

"Police enquiries continue into this matter. 

"Anyone who witnessed the incident and has yet to have made themselves known to the police is asked to contact 101@dc.police.uk, quoting crime reference CR/081432/19".
