Fears for safety of a missing man from Camborne

*Police have now confirmed Alan has been found safe and well*

Police say fears are growing for the safety of a missing man from Camborne.

68-year-old Alan Day was last seen in the town at around 8pm on Thursday.

He is described as being 5ft 5in tall and was wearing a blue jumper and dark blue jeans.

Anyone who sees Alan is being urged to call Devon and Cornwall Police straight away.

Police have issued an urgent appeal to find 68-year-old Alan Day from Camborne, Cornwall, missing since Thursday night

"Police are concerned for the safety of 68-year-old Alan Day from Camborne. 

"He is approximately 5' 5" tall and medium build with short grey hair and wears glasses. 

"He was last seen in Camborne at 8pm on 19th September and was wearing a blue jumper and dark blue jeans. 

"Anyone with any information is requested to ring police immediately and quote incident 895 of the 19/09/19".
