Car flips over and lands other side of wall in crash

This was the scene after a car flipped over and off a road in south-east Cornwall.

Emergency services were called to the scene near Sheviock on Wednesday morning.

The driver was already out of the vehicle by the time they arrived.

Firefighters made the car safe before it was handed over to the Highways team for recovery.

"At 7.30am this morning a crew of 7 (C83P1 & C83P6) were mobilised to an RTC. 

"On arrival the crew found an overturned car on the side of the road with the occupant already free from the vehicle. 

"The car was made safe and handed over to highways for recovery."
