A man in his 30s was rushed to hospital on Sunday night, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

The eastbound carriageway, between the junctions for Tolvaddon and Avers, was closed until the early hours of Monday morning.

All emergency services were scrambled shortly after 9pm on Sunday, including firefighters.
