Relief for family of a missing man from Cornwall

There is relief for the relatives of a missing pensioner from west Cornwall.

Police launched a huge search amid fears for John Healan's safety.

The 72-year-old old disappeared from his home in Marazion on Tuesday morning.

His family posted on social media to confirm he is home safe, describing the response as 'amazing'.

The helicopter was also involved in the search for 72-year-old John, whose disappearance was described as out of character.

"He is home. Thank you to everyone for all the help.

"He's very tired out and confused but safe.

"Thanks to everyone and all the police and search and rescue team - everyone has been amazing".
