Extra police patrols after anti-social behaviour in Helston

A police alert has gone out about reports of anti-social behaviour in Helston.

Officers say vandalism has taken place in the boating lake area and locals are being urged to be vigilant.

Police are aiming to increase their patrols around the town but anyone with information should report it.

"We have received reports of anti-social behaviour taking place in the area of Coronation Park (boating lake area) and Helston skate park, vandalism has taken place.

"We aim to increase patrols but ask for the public to be vigilant and report any anti-social behaviour by phoning 999 if it is taking place at the time."
