Cornish toddler gets head stuck in toilet seat

Published by Emma Carton at 8:40am 8th January 2020.

Firefighters to the rescue as a Cornish toddler gets his head stuck in a toilet seat!

Sarah Edwards from Saltash was in the shower when two-year-old Flynn reportedly shouted 'mummy, stuck'.

She said she did not want to waste crews' time, but called 101 after struggling to free her son from his entanglement.

Now the mum is saving the story and photos for the youngster's 18th birthday or perhaps even his first romance!

Posting on Saltash Community Fire Station's website, Sarah said her little one was very happy with a visit from a fire engine!

"A huge thankyou to the Saltash fire crew for getting my son's head out of his toilet seat.

"I was mortified but Flynn was very happy with his visit from a fire engine!

"Definitely some pics for his 18th and stories for his first romance!

"Of all the things I thought I had to keep out of reach!

"Thank you again lads".
