Toddler taken to hospital after multi-vehicle crash

A toddler has been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash near Bodmin.

Three vehicles collided in the Maudlin area on Sunday afternoon.

A two-year-old girl and a woman were taken to hospital where they were treated for injuries to the head and abdomen.

Police have confirmed that they have now been discharged.

"Police were called to a three vehicle road traffic collision at Maudlin near Bodmin at around 1pm on Sunday, January 13th.

"A woman and a two-year-old girl were taken to hospital where they were treated for an injury to the abdomen and head, respectively. 

"They were subsequently discharged."
