Man knocked unconscious in Newquay attack

A man has been knocked unconscious during an attack in Newquay town centre.

Police say a 26-year-old was targeted in the early hours one night back in November.

It happened at around 3am on Saturday 16th November on Fore Street.

Police are now looking to identify the people pictured and anyone with information is asked to come forward.

"Police in Newquay are appealing for witnesses of a town centre attack.

"A 26-year-old man was knocked unconscious during the incident which occurred in Fore Street at around 3am on Saturday 16th November.

"Officers are keen to speak to the man pictured in relation to the assault and the woman as a potential witness."

Anyone who may know the identity of either person is asked to contact police on 101 or 101@dc.police.uk, or alternatively anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting crime number CR/103456/19.
