A bus has been involved in a crash on the main road between Truro and St Austell.

The vehicle reportedly hit a hedge and ended up on the other side of the road.

Police were logging the location as Probus - but Inrix Traffic and Travel was reporting it as Tresillian.

Pirate FM understands it happened by the church.

There are no reports of any injuries but there were delays in the area because of debris on the road.

"Queueing traffic due to earlier accident, a bus involved on A390 in both directions from Holy Trinity Church to B3275. All lanes have been re-opened.

"Road re-opened at around 18:15, however residual delays remain. Affecting traffic between Truro and Probus."

"It appears that the bus may have hit the hedge and then ended up on the other side of the road.
