There are reports of trees and power cables down and roads flooded as stormy weather hits Cornwall.

Strong winds and heavy rain have sparked travel problems across the Duchy on Thursday.

Conditions were so bad, all crossings on the Torpoint Ferry were temporarily suspended.

One is running again, however Tamar Crossings say there is still 'significant flooding' at Devonport.

Callers to Pirate FM's Traffic and Travel line have reported flooding on the A30 near Fraddon.

Others have said a stretch of the A390 at Tresillian Bridge is flooded out in both directions.

There are also reports of fallen trees and power cables blocking roads at Liskeard and Ludgvan.
