An urgent appeal has gone out to try and find a campervan that might be in east Cornwall, amid concerns for people's welfare.

Police want to hear from anyone who has seen the vehicle in the last 10 days.

Officers say it is 'very distinctive' and they want to check on the welfare of its occupants.

"Devon and Cornwall Police officers are urgently trying to locate a vehicle that is thought to be in the area of East Cornwall or Devon in order to establish a welfare check on its occupants.

"The vehicle is a very distinctive white Fiat Ducato, similar to the one pictured, with the registration number E390CTV."
