Crash near Truro left two people trapped

Two people became trapped in their vehicle following reports of a crash near Truro

Emergency crews were called after 12pm on Friday to the A3075 near Pendown Cross,  after reports of people trapped. On arrival, Cornwall Fire and Rescue confirmed that two people were still inside the vehicle. 

Crews from Tolvaddon, Perranporth and Truro assisted with the use of Crash Rescue Equipment to extricate the two casualties, who were handed over to South West Ambulance Service
.
The incident was then left in the hands of Devon & Cornwall Police

A3075 blocked nr Pendown Cross, bet Chiverton Cross and Penhallow. @TruroCFRS @TolvaddonCFRS and @PerranporthCFRS assisting @swasFT and @DC_Police at a collision involving a vehicle on its side and two cars. Two people are trapped in a car.
