Three more people die in Cornwall from coronavirus

Three more people have died in Cornwall from contracting the coronavirus, according to the latest figures from NHS England. 

All three patients were being cared for at the Royal Cornwall Hospital before they died. 

On Wednesday, we reported that more six people had died. 

It now brings the total of deaths in the Duchy to 19. 

Nationally A further 569 people, who tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 2,698.

Patients were aged between 22 and 100 years old.  

44 of the 561 patients (aged between 25 and 100 years old) had no known underlying health condition.  

Their families have been informed.
