New photo of east Cornwall man missing for a month

UPDATE: Phillip has now been located by police

Police have release a new photo of a man from south east Cornwall who has been missing for a month.

Phillip Weare went missing from his home in Liskeard in June and is believed to be sleeping rough.

Officers think the 45-year-old might be in the St Germans, Anthony or Plymouth areas.

Anyone who sees him or who knows where he might be is asked to get in touch.

"Police have issued a re-appeal for the public’s help in locating a man who was reported found, but is still missing.

"Police are concerned for the welfare of Phillip Weare, pictured, who went missing from his home in Liskeard, Cornwall, a month ago.

"The 45-year-old is thought to be sleeping rough in Plymouth or in the areas of St Germans or Anthony, near Torpoint, East Cornwall.

"Police have released a more up-to-date image of Phillip.

"Phillip is described as being he is 6’ in height, of slim build, with shaved fair hair. He is believed to be wearing a dark jacket with a grey hood, possibly green Adidas trousers, and trainers. His teeth are in poor condition and he probably has a bag with him."
