The the Duchy has just been given thirteen million pounds out of a nine hundred and fifty million pound pot.
It is going to be used to help set up businesses and create jobs.
Geothermal Engineering at St Day got six million. MD Ryan Law said, "Cornwall was a bit unlucky this time. In theory it should be spread around the country. But for Cornwall it offers the possibility of generating a new industry, something that didn't exist before."
