A Cornish man is jailed for four years, after admitting starting a fire at the flats he lived in.

The court heard how William Best from St Dennis was angry because his neighbours had complained about noise.

Most of them were asleep at Hendra Heights when flames took hold outside.

Sentencing the 42 year old, the judge said lives could have been in danger.
