A former scout master from Falmouth who admitted making indecent images of children, escapes jail.

A court heard how police found more than a hundred pictures and movies on Damian Gough's computer.

The 49 year old of Tregullow Road is tagged and on a curfew for six months.

He is banned from working with kids and on the sex offenders register for life.
