Redruth welcome Southend this weekend, hoping to make it two wins on the trot.

We beat Clifton last week.

But club spokesman Roger Watson knows there are still lessons to be learnt: "We scored five tries which has got to be good but the down side of that was that we let five in as well. The boys will have been working hard to try and tighten up their defence this week".

Launceston are away to Hertford tomorrow.

The Cornish Pirates travel to Doncaster on Sunday.
