Weighty Problem of Cornwall's Children

More young children in Cornwall are overweight.
The latest statistics show 15% are officially heavier than they should be by the time they go to school. That is higher than the rest of England.
Fewer kids are starting secondary school obese. But officials say that could be because the number taking part in the survey is down.
