Christmas Eve and the Cornish Pirates are doing the derby.

They welcome Plymouth Albion after last week's British and Irish cup victory.

Our guys won the last time the sides met across the Tamar

Backs' coach Harvey Biljon knows it won't be easy...

" I think form and league position and all of these things go out the window when it's a derby game because it's theCornwalland Devon clash andPlymouthwill definitely raise their game and we have to make sure we up the ante with regards to the preparation and emotional side of the game"

He says lessons need to be learnt after last week's championship defeat to Leeds:

"We were disappointed with ourselves at Leeds and make no excuses. We need to be better than that and even with Christmas coming up the players have been pretty focused this week. We've just got to make sure we concentrate on ourselves and better our own performance"
