Police are starting an investigation into a blaze which closed off part of Millbrook.

Flames ripped through bedsits on West Street yesterday evening.

Crews from Torpoint, Liskeard and Saltash managed to put it out.

At one point police had to close the road next to the three storey building, sparking rush hour traffic jams.

People living there have been found other places to stay.
