One person has died at work in Cornwall and hundreds more have been badly injured.

Health and safety bosses say companies still are not doing enough to protect workers in the Duchy.

Building and farming are named as two of the most dangerous industries.

Nigel Long is an inspector and says, "The sort of things people tend to ignore are the jobs that aren't done very often. Things like workers' height, maintenance on rooves of premises and perhaps they tend to ignore, equally, things that happen every day like trucks moving in and out of the premises".
