An appeal over Cornwall's controversial incinerator is brought forward.

We should find out next month.

The Secretary of State is appealing, after protestors in St Dennis won a legal challenge.

Cornwall Council Chief Executive Kevin Lavery has said delivering an alternative waste disposal site will take 11 years and the incinerator had to go ahead.
