A Saltash woman left facing a lifetime of disability after heart surgery loses her fight for millions in compensation.
Grace Mugweni had the operation in London when she was a baby.
The 28 year old was left with acute brain damage.
Now the Court of Appeal has upheld a ruling that an anaesthetist was negligent, but did not cause the injuries.
