Rail Consulation Snub

Cornwall will not get a say on the south-west rail service.

Public consultations will be held in Exeter, Reading and Bristol when the First Great Western franchise comes up for renewal.

But ministers admit surveys in Plymouth and Truro were never priced-up.

MPs are demanding answers.
