Looks like the weather has not put a dampener on the Royal Cornwall Show.

Gale force winds blew away some stands and forced organisers to cancel the sheep classes.

But it is thought visitor numbers at the Wadebridge are positive.

Visit Cornwall Chair Malcolm Bell tells the Westcountry Tonight it is an event for everyone: "It normally falls in a lull between the end of May bank holiday and the full summer, so it'll be interesting to see how the mix changes.

"It is a show for everybody, you know even if you're not a farmer. It's a big draw as a sort of county show, and it's very much a Cornwall show. I think it's on some visitors radar, but not many."
