Attempted Dog Robbery

Police step up the hunt after an attempted dog robbery near Camborne.

A twenty year old woman was pushed over as a man tried to snatch the Husky-cross in Praze-an-Beeble late on Sunday night.

He fled after being bitten.
 
The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens to early twenties. He is 5 foot 7 inches, 5 foot 8 inches tall of proportionate build. He had dark stubble on his face and had a local accent. He wore dark grey jogging bottoms, navy blue tracksuit top with diagonal white piping on the front and back. He wore a light blue hood.
 
Anyone with information is being urged to call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 quoting crime reference AH/12/699.
