Fire crews are scrambled to the Isles of Scilly helicopter after it makes an emergency landing.

26 people were on the flight from Tresco to Penzance when a fire alert went off in the cockpit.

Bosses say the pilot followed procedures by reducing power on the engine concerned and landing as soon as possible.

That meant the flight had to turn back to St Mary's.

Everyone is fine and engineers are checking out the problem.

British International says flights will be back up and running as soon as possible.
