The secret to being happy... is living in Cornwall.
New government research reveals the Duchy is the second most content place in England.
The first annual results of the new happiness index reveal we only came runner up to Rutland.
Elsewhere in the statistics, asked to rate their life satisfaction out of 10, Cornwall scored 7.72 compared to a national average of 7.4.
Asked how worthwhile we find what we do the average response was higher at 7.94 out of 10 in Cornwall, again higher than the national average.
The Office of National Statistics found 2.95 out of 10 said that they had been anxious the day before compared to 3.56 in London.
