Cornwall's Alcohol Cost is Revealed

Pirate FM has learnt that more than 250 people a day in Cornwall are ending up in hospital because of booze.
Latest figures show 93 and a half thousand were admitted in a year.
Alcohol Concern says many are over 55 and it is costing the Duchy's NHS more than 90 million pounds a year.
Emily Robinson from the charity is worried young people will fall into the trap: "It is very likely that they'll end up in the same place as the baby boomers so later in life, people who can be drinking at fairly high levels but not necessarily getting drunk every day, can develop serious diseases like cancers, strokes and high blood pressure.
"They're coming into hospital with complicated diseases that arise as a result of alcohol.
"People need to be much better aware of these types of diseases and how they relate to alcohol."
