Woman Sexually Assaulted in Bude

A woman has been sexually assaulted in Bude.

The forty-eight year old was left with minor injuries after the attack on Donkey Lane late on Sunday night.

Police fear there may be more victims - and want anyone with information to get in touch
 

The incident took place at around 10.40pm in Donkey Lane, which runs between Valley Road and Stratton Road.

A 48-year-old woman reported to police she was sexually assaulted by a man.
 
Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity around the Killerton Road/Valley Road/Donkey Lane area at the time of the incident.
 
They would also like anyone who may have been the victim of similar incidents to come forward.
 
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111, quoting BU/12/884.
