Bottles Of 'Acid' Wash Up At Cornish Beauty Spot

Bottles full of what could be acid have washed up on a Cornish beach.

Godrevy near Hayle has been closed temporarily while Environmental Health workers trying to work out what the liquid is.

Police are urging us not to open the five inch phials.

Officers say approximately 100 phials have been recovered so far.
 
It is not yet known what the clear liquid is or whether it is hazardous.
 
Members of the public are asked to report any further findings to the Coastguard, giving the description and location of any found phial
