Cornish Pirates Out of British and Irish Cup
7:01am 8th April 2013
The Cornish Pirates have been knocked out of the British and Irish Cup - by a last gasp try.
It came from holders Munster in the fourth minute of injury time in the quarter final.
The Pirates fly-half Aaron Penberthy had opened the scoring at the Mennaye after twelve minutes in a first half that saw the home side keeping their opponents at bay.
But after the break the defending champions made a come back, culminating with Ronan O'Mahoney breaking through to score the winner.
The game ended 10-9.
