A Cornish Olympic hero has paid tribute to the victims of the Boston bombings.

Restronguet sailor Ben Ainslie has tweeted "Thoughts go out to all involved. #senseless."

The FBI thinks pressure cookers packed with nails, ball bearings and explosives were behind the blasts at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Three people died, including a schoolboy who was trying to spot his dad.
