The Cornish Pirates promise the last clash of the season is not a dead end game.

Jersey visit The Mennaye later.

After crashing out of the British and Irish Cup and dropping down the Championship table backs coach Harvey Biljon says insists there is still plenty to play for:  "To mention a couple of things; Paul Andrews last game before he moves on to the premiership; Wes Davies, it's going to be his last game for the club and he's going to attempt to score 100 tries for the club and we've got the like of Matt Evans who potentially could win most tries by an individual player in the Championship this season."

Jersey arrive in good spirits after escaping relegation.  With the pressure off it's hoped both teams should be able to play some attractive rugby. Harvey continued: "We want to put on a show in front of our supporters who have been with us the whole season.

"They'll be a little more relaxed coming into this game knowing that they've definitely secured Championship rugby for the next year."
