Did the stunt double dog on Britain's Got Talent mislead viewers?

The watchdog, Ofcom, has launched an official investigation.

It has received almost 12 hundred complaints after it emerged the high wire trick was not done by Matisse.

Owner Jules O'Dwyer had said it was because the collie is afraid of heights and she did not set out to deceive anyone.

Producers apologised, saying the use of Jules's other dog, Chase, for part of the sketch, should have been "made clearer to the judges and viewers."
